#632 transmission code

I have a 95 f150 I keep getting a code #632 9Transmission control switch circuit failure) But have no idea what it is saying where do I start The truck seems to run fine except when l take off it seem to be slugash l've tried takeing off with shifter in low it seems the same l've shut O,D off an same thing It seems to shift right in all gears just slow take off the motor has 60000 on it I've tuned it up changed the EGR because it was bad still same thing l can only get 10to 12 MPG HWY my 86 l sold was getting 15 and it ran rough any ideas ?

What engine and transmission.
Are you cycling the OD on /off switch during test?
Does OD light work?
Does this code only trip during KOEO test?
Any memory codes or engine running codes?

302 engine, EODA trans, light works, OD off while test KOER, no other codes
