ABS light comes on then heater fan shuts off at the same time

The ABS light and handbreak lights come on speratically when I touch the break or steering which would normally indicate a bad wheel sensor but... my heater fan stops blowing at the exact same time as the lights come on the dash... then the ABS lights go off and the heater/A/C fan starts blowing again. THis happens off and on while I am driving. There is also a clicking sound when I shut the ignition key off and a couple of needles on the speedometer flicker up and down for a few seconds. I tried replacing the computer and it didn't help. I did replace the speedo guage cluster and everything was fine for about 6 months and now it is starting all over again. Doesn't even makes sense!!

Anyone have any ideas?
