Cool Front End Squeaking

OK,
I posted a while back about my front end squeaking on my 95 TC.Probably ball joint but the other day I had to drive it in a hard rain with a lot of standing water.
Funny thing is it quit squeaking for a few days after it got good and wet.I assume it all got a good water lubing but has anyone else heard of this?

I had a 1968 Galaxy 500... should have kept that car... anyway, with the front coil springs where they sat in the lower control arm saddle is where some squeaking was coming from. When it was wet it was quiet as a mouse so I kept it sprayed with some 1970's lube stuff.

There's other things down there that can lose their squeak when wet, you just gotta get under there and see what's going on.
