Having trouble finding PCV

I need help in trying to find the PCV valve on my 2002 Ford sport.

I dont know about the 2002, but i've never seen them anywhere else than sticking in the valve cover. Probably on the passenger side.

On my 98 Ex Sport 4.0 SOHC, it is located behind the passenger's side valve cover near the firewall. My valve was white and I could see a little bit of it showing between the hose and plastic T fitting that connect to it.

One important thing buy a Ford plastic pcv valve. I tried a parts store pcv valve that was metal, and I could tell it would have cracked the plastic T fitting that the pcv fits into.

I believe on 2002 Explorers it is located to the rear of the drivers side valve cover.
