wheels size ?
what is the best wheels size can be install in 92 civic to give me best acceleration and at the same time give good stability and handling ? and what is the perfect tyre size to this wheels ?

id say 15x7, +45 or so, and 205/50/15 tires.
get some that are lightweight so you can justify using 15 inch wheels. but generally the lighter the wheel the better the handling and acceleration. the argument for using 50 series tires is that you can tell the limits of tire adhesion better than lopro tires, allowing you to drive closer to the limit for longer periods of time.
