Does anyoen know where I could get a used one or one at cost?

Re: Passat instrument cluster

What's the reason for the instrument cluster?
Is it "The ABS, brake and oil lights come on sporadically and the tachometer stops working"?
If so it's the ABS module. Get it rebuildt (easy process to remove to send out ~1hr). You can even drive your passat (just no ABS) while your waiting fo the rebuildt unit.

Re: Passat instrument cluster

Hello,
VW screwed up as usual. I went to a local mechanic. I need a new ATM. Had water on the rear passenger floor. Why does VW not put 2+2 together? The mechanic cleaned and dried the module but it doesnt shift well. I am hoping to find a good used module.
