'00 Cellphone in Vent

Let me start by saying THESE CARS SUCK. Although this problem isn't the car's fault... My cell phone managed to find its way into the defrost vent at the front of the dash and is now somewhere in the ventilation system. Any suggestions on what will be the easiest way to retrieve it? Thanks!
