C6-R question...

I saw several different pics of the c6-R, some with the turn signals the ones underneath the headlights and some of the pics are with out them...a solid front bumper, which is correct, the kit or the factory photos??? I would like to paint the clear parts and simulate the photos I have seen on the internet, but are they the correct ones???

Re: C6-R question...

Scott, you should be able to go to the Le Mans or ALMS websites and get a good look at the actual car raced. More often than not, the correct car is the one without the turn-signals.
The kit is pretty darn close to the real thing.

Re: C6-R question...

Ok, I have looked at all the photos I could find on the car. The "driving lights" are always on the race car. The few pictures I saw without the lights, look like publicity shots. The cars in these shots could be mach-ups of the real thing.

Here are some photos from the Houston ALMS race. There's a blurry one of the C6r racing that shows what lights are on at night.
