Re: Anit theft light is on
did you try simply pulling the fuse for the theft system?

Re: Anit theft light is on
it'd be with the fuses under the hood, is there where you looked?

Re: Anit theft light is on
I looked there is no fuse for the anit theft under the hood or in the drivers compantment. Why would the OEM install a fuse that can be removed easy to disable the anti theft anyway. Could the car if it had a key fob at one time and the alarm was set and now i dotn have the fob be the problem?

Re: Anit theft light is on
I had to have mine towed to the dealer to be reset. I tried disconnecting the battery & all sorts of neat ignition switch cycling with no luck. I set the thing off while changing the instrument cluster (hit the radio power by mistake with the cluster out). Probably didn't need to replace the cluster either. Had no daytime running lights, GM said the problem was the cluster.
