Language Translator for windows media player?

I wouldn't think it's possible for their to be a program that takes a video you have on your computer where the language spoken is in say japanese, and have the computer translate it to English subtitle.... It's probably a stupid question considering the sentence structure is also different, but I'm just wondering. If not I guess I'm just stuck having to find subtitled versions of my "best motoring" videos, or I could learn Japanese ...
