Seriously...try this stuff out

Meguiars Clear Coat Cleaner

Boy did this car ever need some work.
I wasn't going to waste any effort on it, but my roommate talked me into it.
Glad he did...

Before wash...

After wash, no wax yet...Kinda had a graysish tint to the paint.

Used Meguiars clear coat scrub, step 2 polish, and step 3 wax on it...
Couldn't believe how well this came out.

Woah! Very nice. How long did it take for all those "steps" for the waxing? It turned out beautifully!

Re: Seriously...try this stuff out

About 3 to 3 1/2 hours with two people working on it.

Other than the paint defects (rock chips, key mark) this car is actually black again. I didn't think it was possible.

Re: Seriously...try this stuff out

I was looking for soap like that but could not find it at walmart. So I got some Rainx with wax in it. Seems to do a nice job... I will have to look around at some more places for that soad...

Re: Seriously...try this stuff out

Almost looks brand new again.
I waxed my car once, so far. It looked nice, but the time it took was almost not worth it.

Here is the Trans Am after the same treatment....

I know...the wheels are funny looking right now. Waiting on the front runners for the drag set-up, and I do have the TTII's for the rear.

Yeah.
Boulder County sheriff.

Good thing we live in Jefferson County.
Seems like a nice guy. Talked with him a couple times.
