I heard this late sunday night, I was really shocked myself.
Just read that article, and it sounds like it was accidental, they didnt really say on Cnn what exactly happend when I saw it. Didnt think those barbs were that sharp. And to pierce your chest,..... thats 1 in a million . I think they eat clams whole and chew them up   = thats all I got to say!
