If you're looking to buy a new or used car in Massachusetts, read this first. We bought a used car from Quirk Nissan in Braintree, MA, we've had it in the shop the required number of days and it has been repaired the required number of times for 2 separate problems, which still have not been fixed, but they're refusing to give us a refund. They offered to trade us another car instead, but that car was as bad as the first. So we turned them down on the trade and stuck to our guns about a refund. They told us to get a lawyer. I still don't understand why we need to get a lawyer to get them to stand behind their own warranty. If you are planning to go to Quirk Nissan, beware.
