I was wondering if anyone knows if i could some how ship my fiero to where the v-8 archie kits and things are made while i am in the air force and slowly feed money to them and if the could install a v-8 for me.

B/c for the first little bit of time serving i wont have to pay for me thing but personal items so i figured if it was at all possible i should do this.

Your best bet is to contact Archie directly www.v8archie.com . You may want to call as he gets tons of e-mail.

Cost is dependent on what you want done, engine, brakes, chop top, suicide doors, Mr Mike leather seats etc. I don't know what the pay is in the AF anymore, but you may be looking at close to a years salary.

As for transporting a car to Archies shop, now near Rockford, IL, there are many places that will move cars across country which may be $0.50-1.00/mile for the trip.

Not for people with a light wallet.
