Re: Need to get more horsepower for my N/A

Not the only option.

I'd get a montero engine, cam it up, and use nitrous. Even though you say no nos, it's the cheapest(and one of the most effective) power adders you can get.

Re: Need to get more horsepower for my N/A

well dam those r the main sorces of power for our cars, lol, but i no what your asking. umm 350 horsepower is a little high, even for nos. u can do some head work, def cams, expensive tho, migh as well get a tt kit from a vr4. umm nos will help, but even with cams and a decently ported head, ur looking at not even 300 yet, mayyyyybe tho, i dunno. if ur gonna port out ur heads, dont forget to port the intake, lower intake and throttle body as well, and hav an exaust sytem. pistons?? cmon man, thats where power is MADE! thast the heart of your car, (crank and pistons) take care of em, dont add crzy mods on out side, then ur shit will explode. well good luck, peeeace.

All you need is a muffla and some stickers and you'll be looking anywhere from 500 - 1000hp...............

Re: Need to get more horsepower for my N/A

No, but your understanding of our cars (or cars in general) is about the same as those sticker hungry noobs driving around lol, Nah it was just a joke, But you will not make that sort of power ever unless you do turbo upgrades...........

that's MORE than enough for the TT swap. i would suggest you get a TT donor car, so the parts swapping will be much easier. AND you'll be sure to have ALL the parts you need, right there, on the other car. and, while you're at it, you can upgrade to the VR4 brakes. then you can part out the VR4 and make some money back. just make sure to find a VR4 that's thrown a rod or had some engine damage that requires a rebuild.

I have a pair of 3k turbos laying around with manifolds and oil and water lines. I can give them to you for a good price.
