okay im stuck right now lol... i own a 90 240sx... my car died on me and i just got the windows smashed on my car and im really tight on my budget right now... well the motor cranks but it just wont start.. cranks normal and everything i checked for spark its fine.. i dont kno where else to look lol please someone help me... ty

did you try checkin for fuel? if not try pullin off the fuel line after your fuel filter and turn the key on. if theres no fuel, go from there

check the MAF mass air flow meter...
any, loose or cracked vacum lines...
and all the fuses too.

where is the maf sensor located?? and how do i check that out?? im gonna try the fuel line first then and see what happens.. ty for the help in advance..

okay there is no fuel coming from the fuel filter when i crank it.. i took off the hose from the top end of it to see if there would be fuel comin threw it when i crank but i get nothing.. there is fuel in the tank maybe my fuel pump is defective??? help me help me please pops diner

Probably the fuel pump or fuel pump fuse, but how much gas is in the tank?

the gas is about 1/4 full... pump fuse is good... so should i just go out and buy a new pump?? and is the installation hard to put in a pump??

definitely its either the pump or a fuse so this is what you should do:
In the engine bay there is a fuse box, check if all the fuses.
and in the driver side right under the "pop the hood handle" you will fined a plastic cover that is removable (can't miss it) remove that and you will see on the back side of the cover a sticker that tells you which fuse has what amp and what it is for. Check all of them.

BTW, the MAF is located right after the air filter box. Its a metal piece that has a wire connected to it the air flows through it and to your motor. The MAF measures the volume of air that is going to the motor.

100 bucks buys you a Walbro 255, buy that, don't buy a stock one.

a walbro why not a stock one?? im not gonna keep the motor for long.. just need it to drive till october then its gonna be sittin in the garage for hibernation lol but iono

What's going in after that? If you plan on anything turbo or anything with more then stock horsepower, get the walbro.

yea, it would be pointless to by a stock one now, fix it up a little, and then be forced to buy the walbro. cause the stock just wont last.

Also, if your worried about gas mileage with the larger pump, it wont hurt the mileage
