DIC Problem/Questions!!! HELP!

Went out this am and the Maxx wouldn't start. Checked battery abd it was almost dead. Put in a new battery and now she won't do anything. The message on the DIC says "Locked". Is there a reset button somewhere? Comments?!?!

It only says locked when the radio doesn't receive code transmitted by body computer on start-up. When you say "now she won't do anything" what do you mean? Sounds like bigger problem than just the LOCKED so describe other problems you are having - or something that DOES work

As it turned out, the BCM had fried and the dealer ended up with the car.
In the process of me trying to diagnose , I bought a new battery because the original was cooked, I guess by the BCM. Now I'm wrestling with the dealer over 65 bucks...
