Question Help! Rear Brakes 2002 Explorer

I have 2002 Explorer and this is my first attempt to replace the rear brakes. I have removed the caliper but the rotor will not come off because of the emergency brake on the inside of the rotor. And no its not on! The rotor will move a little but the pads on the inside is holding in place. Any ideas on how to remove the rotor?

Thanks

I responded this morning to the question you posted in the Mountaineer forum, so I'll refer you to that post:

Re: Help! Rear Brakes 2002 Explorer

There is actually a small round metal piece that will punch out on the back-side to get to the adjuster on some 2002-2004 Explorers.
