how do u draw flames like in this style

Draw what you see. Theres no really way to draw them. Try to mimic the lines.

yea its basically a swooping motion acctually. but all it takes is pratice I remember in 4th grade i got so good at them cus I would do them all during math class! its pretty easy when you get it. So just mimic what you see and youll get better... as for making them on a car... you'd have to tape it like drawing but with tape... thats a little trickier. Hope this helps!

Just be loose when you draw them. If you tighten up and try to draw them precise, then they won't flow. Just use sweeping motions until you get the hang of it.
