Estimation on HP?

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone could give me an estimate on about how much hp my car should see either at the crank or the wheels after my new head is put on. The new head is going to be fully built. Ported 1mm over with all supporting parts and twin 272's in it. I am running a super 60 as of now and I am told it gets very similiar flow rates as a 16g. Anyway I will be running 19pounds of boost on it. I am trying to stay somewhat of a safe distance from the 400hp mark where apparently my motor will spontaneously combust lol. Thanks guys.

Re: Estimation on HP?

With a good tune, I would think on a 16g with 19lbs of boost and 272's you can expect like 320-340. Hard to say though. I dont think you'd have to worry about hitting 400 on that turbo. Good call on keeping it below 400. I would push a 6 bolt pretty far, maybe like 500 (race tune anyway, not DD) but I would probably stop at 350-375 on a 7 bolt. Anyway, enough of this bench shit, go get the bastard dyno'd!

Re: Estimation on HP?

What do you mean pored 1mm over? I thought you weren't getting it ported out. Do you mean 1mm OS valves?

Re: Estimation on HP?

No I am getting it ported. After adding up all the parts; to get it ported was only 100 bucks more in just parts. I know labor will be more but, sometimes you have to treat the dsm to some loving.
