replacing the fuel pump

My buddy has a 95 buick regal and he thinks the fuel pump went out. What is the process to get the fuel pump out? I read that a 98 has a place to take it out from the trunk, is this the same for the 95? If so or not, what is the process for everything. Thanks for the help
