Fender Flares

Hi I recently bought a set of fender flares from ebay and plan on painting them. I was wondering about how much would I expect to pay for painting them with two hands of white, and seven of clear coat ( supposedly, the factory way). A painter wave me an estimation. He started saying that he would do it for $150, but eventually he got down to $80 paint included. I live in Texas and I really have no idea if im getting a good deal or I am getting ripped off. Thanks a lot for the orientation in advance.
