anti-theft system

I know there is threads in here about the malibu anti-theft system, but what im wondering is since my daughter had the turn signal recall done she has had several problems with the car not starting, doing the 10 min on and 1 min off and it starts. Has anyone found any relay or sensor that might be tied in with this and had it replaced and its worked fine. Thanks for any info.

Re: anti-theft system

Another forum I belong to for Impalas, some one was talking about VATS on Impalas and said there is a relay that can be jumped. Can you predict when this situation will happen, like once in 3 days , or every 5th start ? If so I would take it back to the dealer and let them fix it. Take your papaerwork for the turn signal with you and start taking names. Keep a log. Who you talked to , what about , results. Keep the log till they return the car to you as it was when you took it in. Oh and don't forget to be nice, unless they are not.
