Post enough!

every topic i've read starts out and ends differently. They all start out as legit topics then evolve into a vendetta. and streetracer seems to always be caught in the middle of it. So streetracer, calm down, other people have opinions different from yours. And since you claim the name rice so openly, you have troll written all over you and you bring it on yourself. Just chill. Everyone else who does this is just as bad, let's start topics on topic, and end them on topic please.

This is not meant to offend anyone in particular, just pointing out the obvious. If you like something, that's your opinion, don't try to instill it unto others. And if someone tries to tell someone else that something is better, ignore them, or if it is on topic give your opinion and a legit reason why you believe in it, its called an argument. But when it goes off topic it's called flaming. Come on guys(and girls)...

Mods, please lock this topic as it bears no fruit in replies.

So how bout them Braves?

kidding

Well I agree and I disagree, Sometimes a topic wanders off course, but it isn't always bad unless it turns into another stupid rice argument. I just wish there would be better topics to start with. If I raced more often, believe me I would post about it, but I seldom get into street races, so out of all the people on this forum, somebody has to race at least once a night or so, right? so post about it, thats what this forum is about anyways.

The only reason I am in the middle of it all the time is that people like to go off on me for no reason. Like last night, when I was commenting on one of rednecks quotes, R1 just decides to mock me for no reason, no instigation whatsoever. I think it is way out of line to be accusing me as the instigator of all these flame wars, but I am just defending myself from attacks, plain and simple. What's immature is using me as a scapegoat instead of taking responsibility for your own actions.

I've seen street racer get attacked too often, and many others as well, I think if a moderator actually came into Racing and checked a lil more, and stoped blantent flaming it would be good, a level of smack talking is good, but this is getting out of hand.

I’ve tried and what good does it do. The flaming still continues. The only way to make it stick is to start banning people and I would rather not do that. The only other way is to start closing threads.

Fine if that’s the way everyone wants it on here. Obviously subtlety does nothing.

From now on, anyone that flames anyone else will be sent a warning via PM. If the flaming continues, that person/s will be banned.

Any threads that turn into a flame fest will be closed.

Is that clear enough for everyone???

Oh I thought this was about me. Maybe it is there are a lot of members with SR in it. The only thing I have against everything is the "If you can't say anything nice" not being used. I respect everyones car even if I hate it.
