Rear spare tire mount rattles like heck
The outside spare tire rack on my 92 Bravada rattles constantly when driving off road, and is realy annoying when I don't bother to slow down for speed bumps either.
The noise is coming from the hinges, I know because i drove a wooden wedge into the hinge point and the problem was solved for a short time, until the wedge fell out. I'm thinking of putting in some spacers I could make out of rubber from old bicycle tubes, anybody have a better or more permanent answer? |

Re: Rear spare tire mount rattles like heck
Is it the hinge pins or the mounts on the ...where are they're held onto the body?
