Shop Manual

Hey this may seem like a dumb question but does anyone know where I could get a shop manual for an 04' Malibu? I would assume you could get one from a Chevy dealership but I also figure that they'd charge an arm and a leg for it as well. If anyone knows it would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Shop Manual

You are doing right by seeking out the 3 book factory manual. Chilton and Haynes manuals just do not cut it anymore.
go here http://www.helminc.com/helm/homepage...=en&q=helm+inc

they are around $120 for the set ,,,and well worth it if you are going to do any meaningfull work on your car. You can also try ebay for a used set, make sure, if ebay they are the factory set from helm. I bought the 3 book set for my 98 malibu on ebay for $30 in 2001. My 03 Impala i paid the new $120 in 2004.
also paid the $120 for a new set for my 89 celebrity back then.

there also may be an order form for the factory manuals in the back of your owners manual
