Question Engine treatment

Has anyone on here ever used engine treatments in their 3800s? (not necessarily having to be a Park Aves*) Any recommendations on which should be used (if any) and which to stay away from? I've used Restore treatment these last 2 oil changes and my engine at 147,000 miles seems to run great, minus the usual electrical issues I even got complimented from a shop technician that my 92' ran and tested great for being 14 years old. Whats even better is the engine doesn't seem to burn a bit of oil (stick's still full at change time) I just wanted to see what you all use in your cars, thanks!
