Thank you for the inquiry jonathon, the cold air intake comes with the k&n air filter. The price for the intake is 199.92 and the part number for the intake is CAI16AG. Please see attachment.............Here is a complete listing of all the parts that we have for that swap and before you do any swap, be sure that you have the latest 2001 Product and Swap guide, it's 17 pages printed in full color on glossy stock, all that for only $3.00 which barely covers our cost for postage!
