HELP...Floorboard is wet
Help, I noticed about a week ago that my passanger floorboard was soaked. Its clear liquid (not radiator fluid) and its coming off the blower. Common sense told me to stick a straw in the evaporator drain hole and try and unclog it. I did that and even put a vacuum on it but it still leaks....any help will be greatly appreciated....thanks |

Re: HELP...Floorboard is wet
Welcome to AF!!
Open the hood and remove the wiper blades. Then remove the cowling under the wipers. Over the blower you will see a rubber channel that drains water away from the blower. It has probably slipped off the metal support. Remove it, clean the metal and glue it back in to position. The channel should direct water to the opening near the fender. Common problem easy to fix. Should take about an hour, the hardest part is removing the wiper arms. |

Re: HELP...Floorboard is wet
What, was that a package deal? Fix your leak and you get a free PS pump? Haha. But on topic, how often does this occur, one in ten? One in fifty? etc.
