ETS check engine light on

I have 97 z24 cavalier 86,000 miles
just had the water pump replaced (local shop) last week
the car runs fine, but the ETS off, and check engine light are on
the mechanic (local shop that fixed the water pump) looked at the car because the lights were not on before the water pump repair

he said that there were 2 codes P0131 and P1133 and he cleared them, but didnt tell me what they were, he did this 2 times so far and didnt fix anthing
if it the codes come on again I am gonna get autozone to pull the codes for me..
the codes came on after 10 miles today P0131 and P1133

my question is
is there anything,
that could have been broken/removed/damaged in the process of fixing the water pump.. I took all day for him to do the job and he said he had to remove a lot of stuff to get inside the motor.
