91 Accord Auto Transmission shifting Problems

I know there alot of problems with the Accords transmission. The problem I am getting is I don't have 1st or 3rd gear. My Sports light is blinking like crazy and my check engine light is on. I have checked the TCU for burns and problems and I see no burns on any of the components. I also am having problems with the speedometer jumping and thats because of the VSS that im going to replace very soon but it should having nothing to do with shifting gears should it? All of my fluids are full also. I unhooked the TCU because I read if you start the car and you have all your gears without the TCU the problem is your TCU or your cellinoids are locking up, but I still don't have 1st and 3rd gear.

So im not sure where to start first in replacing parts to fix this problem and help will be great.

No one has any idea what it could be? or had this problem before?

I had this problem. It's the TCU. I got one from junk yard for $35. New one is about $600.
