Re: Modern day Robin Hood

Ohhhhh, I didnt see the second arrow the first time I saw it. I thought you were just showing us you hit the black spot from 30 back. I was like, uhhhhh, congratulations? But yeah, that is pretty cool. I never actually split one like that, you must be using a pretty high poundage bow. Sighting in at 15 yards (I had a 15, 25, and 35 yard sights) I shot out a fin and was pretty excited, I cant imagine splitting an arrow at 30 yards.

Pay attention! :P

I shoot a reflex big horn hunter @ 70lbs and a 29" draw. I have shot the nock several times, and cut the vanes all the time, but I have never been able to split one before. So woot for me! I didn't get to shoot today but that's okay. You can shoot too much and get sloppy form and target panic.

Re: Modern day Robin Hood

I used to be able to shoot 5 arrow groups at 25 yards with a 2.5" diameter and split a few vanes but I never actually hit them. Thats awesome man.
