91 geo tracker no start but runs

I have a 1991 Geo Tracker that I have had for 3 years. When I turn the key to start it there is a continious clicking under the dash from a relay and a clicking under the hood from a vacuum. If you pour gas down the intake it starts right up and runs great. So far I have replaced the clicking relay under the dash, but still clicks. Also I have replace the fuel filter and the fuel injector. I am out of ideas hopefully you guys can give me some ideas. Thanks.

Bad computer.. Your injector isn't getting a pulse from the computer.. Look on ebay there is a guy in montana that replaces the capacitors and a couple chips for 60 bucks if you need more info search for my name under posts I has the same problem or pm me if you still need info after that.
