some kind of 1/2 liter displacement eastern european econobox? as far as i can tell it's the new age fiat 126. anybody can afford one, and they're probably solid little cars. god knows that piece of automotive engineering is long dead.

It was a tough times vehicle!!!
You have toi give the 'Sachhausen engineers credit - the Russians had cleaned out their factory.
 They actually tried to improve it,& the Honecker Government trolls kept turnign their new desings down. Synthetic body parts & front wheel drive was way ahead of its time in 1953. & thats why their factory escape tunnels popped up in Wolfburg......
