96 to 2000 converson?!

i heard that u can but a conversion so that ur 96 body style will look like the 2000 body style if anyone can give me all the info on that i would by very greatful...i am also new at this so hey all you jimmy drivers out there....thanks alot.

you can convert to the 98+ front end fairly easily. you need to change the hood, fenders, lights, and grill to ones from a 98+ jimmy. if you want more of an upgrade than that, the HID lights from an envoy will will bolt up but i believe the wiring harness for those lights would need to be swaped in because the non-HID harness will not handle the higher current.

Actually the hood and fenders are the same. To do the conversion he will need the following from a 98+:

Radiator core support
Headlights
Grille
parking lights

thats right, im thinking camaro for some reason. all of the nessesary parts can be found on ebay fairly cheap.
