wrx help!

i need help on a 02 WRX that i'm trying to buy. I live in bellevue, Washington and am in the market for a 02 WRX, I found a wrx with 86,000miles going for $15k. Which is way overpriced even in WA. I went to see the car, and had my friend test drive it (can't drive a mannual yet), the turbo kicked in around 3.5-4krpms and couldn't feel the pull on the car when the trubo kicked in. (possibly becuase we had about 700+lbs extra weight on the car. the owner was a chunker and so is my friedn) It had a new battery and had several scratches under the car and small blemishes. There were small cuts in the interior and had a rip in the back seat. The guy said he was from chicago, i'm assumin he drove all the way down here. What would be a reasonable price on that car? If at all if want a good buy? Anybody in Washington want to sell me thier WRX?
