engine noise
for those of you with wai i was wondering if there is a significant increase in the enigne noise inside the car campared to when you had the stock air box on it. also i read on another post that once they put the filter down by the bumper it reduced the noise alot. i was wondering because there is a lot of engine noise when i drive. i didnt know if this was normal or not. thanks guys

Re: engine noise
Hmm im not sure bout wai's, but I would imagine it would since my cai makes a hella lotta sexy noise compared to stock. Usually only after 3000 rpms tho, but when you reach that 5000 and can actually hear the air being sucked in.....

Re: engine noise
It wasted alot of gas with my WAI.... When i would punch it through intersection, the oncoming traffic side would hear it and would always stare.
With the CAI, its less noisey and keeps me from playing. Also the fact that I run 93 octane and its 3.25 here since i plan on boost next summer. It took me basically the whole summer to kill a tank of gas so thats why I am using it.
