Angry Sticky paint

I just painted the interior of my cavalier and am having a problem with the upper door panels. the paint is sticky. I did everything else the exact same and everything else is perfect. can anyone tell me the problem and help me fix it.

Re: Sticky paint

Theres nothing wrong with painting the interior. I would say that 9 out of 10 people paint over wrap.
