I need help really bad with a 2004 Accent

Hey everyone, Well my Accent has some issues, Weel you see we changed the oil and every since then the oil always reads overfull, and the transmission fluid is always empty. And the car smokes really really bad. Does anyone know what could be the problem? Is it possible for the transmission fluid to go into the oil? If so how can I fix this? Its almost winter here and well I was hoping that if anyone know if they can help me please. It would be very appreciated.

The car never overheated also. Is this a blown head gasket? or is it warped? Is the head or the engine block craked? or is it somethin way different and how is it possible to fix this? Please I need your help.
