Any other electrical issues in the dash? The gauges often have issues, but linked to the radio sounds like you might be have a short somewhere. Have you cheked your fuses?

Fuses are fine. I'm checking grounds and looking at the wires. Any help would be cool though.

Have you pulled out the radio and checked its fuse. I know the gauges are controlled by the computer through a connector that is on the back of the cluster, but I can't think of how the radio and the cluster are related to each other wiring wise. I'll check out the wiring info in the service manual if you don't have any luck by the weekend (It's not with me now.)

Funny thing is...The Cluster lights up. I can read all the dials, but nothing is reading. I've never seen this happen before.

When you say nothing is reading, you mean the speedometer, tach, and other gauges are not comming up? If the odometer doesn't show as well, I think the connector is the problem. But I'll see what I can find in the service manual...
good luck.

My 99' Sport did the same thing. I removed the cluster and gave the wires on the back of the connector a slight twist. The cluster works fine now. All this does is makes a better contact with the cluster, I actually read about this fix in four wheeler magazine.

I HAD THIS EXACT PROBLEM ON MY 99 TJ. GAUGES DON'T READ, BUT THE LIGHTS TO THE DASH WORKED FINE. I PULLED THE GUAGES OUT OF THE DASH, AND THERE WAS A LITTLE HAIR THAT GOT BETWEEN TWO OF THE SLOTS, AND THE CONNECTION GREASE HAD TRAVELED ON THE HAIR!!! REMOVED THE HAIR (IT WAS A STRAIGHT HAIR) PROBLEM SOLVED
