exhaust

i bought a brand new dynomax super turbo exhaust at thebeginning of july...and seeing as i lopped my finger off a little before that i havnt been able to put it on..but im better now..and i cant get it on..can you put it on without lifting the car with a lift? all i got is a hyrdraulic jack and a few jackstands ...do you have to take the rear trackbar off to get the very large intermediate pipe through that very small hole in between the track bar and the bottom of the car??? and what else do i have to do??
