1994 olds 88 stalling and electrical issues

Has anyone encountered an electrical issue with the 94 eighty eight. the car will intermittantly stall an not restart for an arbitrary length of time, playing with the ignition key cycling it repeatedly seems to help. When it stalls the fuel pump (new) will not run and the power windows and locks do not function. All other electrical acces. work fine. When the windows and locks come back on the fuel pump runs and off we go. The car cranks over fine , 3800 pfi.

Help Penski

Welcome to AF, there is a ground splice under the drivers side carpet front probably corroded, along the sill usual area for this symptom.
