No Tail or Dash lights

Hi,
I have no taillights or dash lights on my 90 miata.

I've checked the fuses and bulbs. I don't know if it's related but one of my riding lights is also out, checked the wiring back to the harness and it's good.

Any thoughts on what may be causing these problems?

Thanks,
Andrew

THIS HAPPENED TO ME!!!

There's a fuse under the steering collumn. It's hard to find. I couldn't do it myself. And you have to be tiny to get up under there. (I'm 5'5 and weigh about 102 lbs and had to fight the car to get under there.) But it's the same fuse to fix both of them.
