JDM H22a CKP issue

Hi everyone. Has some of you may know I am still having little issues with my JDM H22a swap. I am throwing a code for the Crank shaft positioning sensor which is causing the car not to rev past 4k. I am thinking maybe I did something wrong. I checked the MSD SCI 6200 Box and all is wired up correctly. I then checked the MSD SS blaster coil. That to is wired correctly. The only other thing I thought it might be is the distributor. I took off the JDM distributor and put on my USDM Distributor. Do I have to tap into any wires to make it work or is it plug and play? I read on another site that the JDM H22a doesn't have a CKP. I'm guessing that's false tho. I no longer have the stock p28 hooked up. I'm using a stock usdm p72. I know I should be running the p13 or a chipped 28 with H22a maps, but I don't have either right now so that's why I hooked up the p72. Besides my friend is using a stock p72 usdm ecu and his car runs fine. I really would appreciate help on this if anybody could give input. It's getting pretty frustrating. Perhaps maybe something is disconnected inside my distributor cap housing? Thank you in advance to all replies.

hrmm sounds like maybe u got a worn down windhshield wiper!! check it out and let us know..g/l by the way..happy birthday!!!!!

Lol STD "D" ........I checked the wiper and replaced it and holy crap. IT WORKED!!! I'm so happy... Who thought a wiper would cause dramatic "limp mode"?

Ok so seriously. I love how people respond so quickly on these forums. It suprises me why half of these forums are even up. Seems like most people are out for themselfs. Anyhow incase anyone has had simular simptons I will shed some light on these issues.

#1 The USDM H23 and H22 Dizzys are the same
#2 The JDM H22A does NOT have a CKP
#3 IF your throwing a code for the CKP it will not put you into limp mode
#4 H22 firing order is 1-3-4-2
#5 Cracked or torn Wiper blades can and will cause your car to run Very Very bad.....
