concorde 94 abs module/traction control problem

Here goes the ongoing saga of problems i have had with my 94 chrysler concorde.....lately i have noticed all the gauges on the instrument cluster shut off, the traction control lights on the bezel flicker on and off...and the heater comes on full blast and cannot be shut off! if i take out the fuses for the blower motor and abs module everything is ok. now, is the problem the traction control switch or the abs module? i don't want to fix the abs control module if this is not the problem.....and because its an old car i don't want to get ripped off at the dealership. any advice/suggestions would be much appreciated!
