Anyone know if the GSR wheels are all pointing in the same direction? The spokes I mean.. So like.. if you have them mounted on the car, they all point forward or backward, or does one side go one way, and the other side go the other way?

Re: GSR wheel question
So if you're looking at all four from the front, there are two that face left, and two that face right?

Re: GSR wheel question
Basically, I wanna know that when they're mounted on my car, the spokes will all point either forward, or backward, so that you have to get wheels specifically for each side... there's nothing I hate more than looking at a car with nice ass directional wheels, and then you walk around the other side, and they point the opposite direction

Re: GSR wheel question
Nope, they point one side forward, and one back.. take a look in my sig
The wheels are all cast from the same model, so they go one direction, but when put on the other side, they point reverse.

Re: GSR wheel question
well damn... that sucks... I hate those kinda wheels.. although they do look good on most cars, even those that aren't honda... (I've seen them on a ford escort GT before too.. just never took notice to the direction of them lol)

Re: GSR wheel question
Only way to get them like that is if they are made in a left and right pattern (highly unlikely), or, they are non directional. Like straight spokes.

Re: GSR wheel question
Yeah, when I worked at sears, we had to get a wheel for this guy that was specifically for the left side... problem was, he wanted one for the right side, he had them swapped so they all pointed forward... can't remember what car it was on... but it looked cool, long story short, we ordered the wrong one, fit it up, realised it was the wrong one, sent it back, got the right one, guy was happy, I got a 50$ tip... all was well... lol
Anyway, thx for the info, appreciated |
