bum living in my garage?

this situation is funny to outsiders, but serious to me and my roomate. i rent a two family house from my boss here at the car dealership, and recently our old upstairs nieghbor moved out. well, the new tennants seems a little wierd right from the start. they hung around in the garage, which is attacted to mine, and got drunk and did heroin all the time. i told my boss (their landlord) that they were doing this and he said keep me posted. well, today i go home for lunch and there is the tennant chillin with a bum! i try to ignore, but he calls my name and tells me to talk to him. then he tells me hes gonna b living in the garage! he kind of threatens me in a weird way not to say anything to the landlord. now im not much of a fighter, but my roomate used to fight on a weekly basis. so i go back to work and tell the landlord right away..lol he was ready to go up there and kick em out immediately! i dont want trouble(being my residence) so i told him to chill for a day or so. he agrees hastely. my roomate comes home and says "what do u think of these crackheads in our garage?" i tell him the story and he flips. he says ill kick his ass right now! so i go back to work again and said do what u gotta do and get these people evicted. he agrees. i could guaranty that shit hits the fan bigtime! either this guy is gonna fuck with my house, or try to assault us when he finds out hes evicted. my roomate will kill him im sure, but im 135lbs, not much of a killer. ill keep ya guys posted on this scumbag cause something WILL happen. they will b evicted by the end of the month(this is there first month!) any comments? lol

other situations include him letting my dog out to play when i wasnt even home(my roomie was but didnt know)breaking and entering as far as im concerned...... damn crackheads.......

Wow, thats crazy. i would be pissed dude. I hope it goes down smoothly, and your house doesnt get messed up, or anything like that. I'll be waiting for the updates.

Hide all of your valuables. Let your dog stay with someone else until the crackheads are gone. Buy a gun. Sometimes seemingly normal people go nuts about being evicted - I'd hate to think about what a crackhead would do.

Thats craziness. You definitely did the right thing in the right way imo. So your boss/landlord just rents to anybody that says they can cover the rent?!?! No screening process? Heroin addicts are usually easy to spot. But anyways, be careful dealin with hypes. Hopefully they've never really seen inside your house and seen your stuff (to steal). Not tryna scare you or anything, just be aware. I've been robbed more timesthan I'd like to remember. Also, if your roommate gets into it with them, make sure you watch their hands. Obviously they are usually within reach of a syringe and won't hesitate to try and stick you.

Again, not tryin to get you spooked, but I speak from experience (not as a heroin addict

)

and ya, they begged there way into the apt and put on a show like u wouldnt believe. i was against them but they dont listen to me of coarse. i have been robbed before, and yes he has been inside once. i have renters ins so im not too worried about that. maybe if they take enought stuff i could get a few grand to buy a house or someshit.... i have prob 10k or more of electronics so.............

Well duh. lol But on a serious note it seems like the situation your dealing with it pretty messed up. That whole thing with bums and crackheads living in the garage seems a little wierd. funny but wierd at the same time lol And them letting your dog out!! If someone was messing with my dog and going into my place and letting my dog out, I would kill um. If I were you I would definatley try to have something done about them. good luck man.

the solution is easy... sprinkle a trail of white powder away from your garage and off of a bridge/overpass... problem solved.

But see the problem is they would end up being so blazed that when they fell off the bridge/overpass they would just get up and walk back to where they came from

hahaha, ya, my roomate and i will probably wip their azzes this weekend if there is a conflict, otherwise, they are being evicted soon. when they find out they're being evicted, there will b a war. and vinny, ill try the flour sprinkle when i get home......hahahahah
