hey people im new to this site here. I was wondering if anyone could help me on this one please.
i have a 96 cavalier. When I had bought it my dad and his friend had found a wire in my fuse box. well here to find out my car has a anti-lock system in it. Now when I take that wire out of my fuse box my car will not start at all. But when i put it back in there it starts up. Now is there anyway I can stop it from doing that if i remove the wire. And another thing i dont know if this has to do with the wire in the fuse boxo r not but when i go to start my car it takes awhile to start up. Is there anyone that can help me on this one? I am so confussed on what to do here. The car runs great any everything its just the wire and it takes to long to start is the only things im worried about. PLEASE help me anyone. thanks

Re: need help please
Quote:
ur only choice is to trace the wire must be from the ignition switch now about the car taking long to start, maybe is time for a tune up plugs wires and fuel and air filter in that way u know is ready to run |

Re: need help please
heres a suggestion, why not just leave the wire in? by the sounds of it, it doesnt appear to be giving you problem.
