Programming remote for 1999 Pontiac Grand AM

I have a 1999 Pontiac Grand AM and just purchased a used remote.
I am at a loss as to how to program it The FCC ID is K0BUT1BT and it
has GM/UTA on back.
I sure would appreciate some help with this.
Thank you in advance for your time
