Strange noise when turning

On my driver side wheel, whenever I make a right turn my car makes a clicking/scraping sound.

I tried looking around to see if maybe there was something there rubbing against the tire but didn't see anything.

I'm guessing its the CV joint but was hoping to get some second opinions.

its a bearing.
